EcoPoint is an ecodesign tool that can be quickly and easily applied to the product design process and enables the rapid development and comparison of alternative solutions to design challenges. Ecopoint combines cost, energy and carbon assessment in one, easy to use tool.

Create and record evaluations that quantify the advantages or disadvantages of alternative materials and process, rapidly eliminating unrealistic options. Later, recorded evaluations can be recalled to evidence and support decisions made.

Energy consumption and carbon accounting are crucial factors in modern manufacturing. Ecopoint accommodates multiple energy sources, complete with carbon conversion. Carbon data can be reported both in CO2 and economic terms, the later supported by a range of carbon valuations.

EcoPoint is available as either a desktop application, for use by individual designers, or as an online, hosted application, which supports collaboration and data sharing for multiple users.
